Early on, she wrote about flowers, people, and feelings. These heartfelt stories always provided insight into children’s emotions regarding feelings of love, hope, and happiness.

Kim continues to be encouraged to write stories for the public. Adults and children love her heartfelt stories; we hope you do, too.

Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master’s in Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland.

She is the author of “I’m A Survivor,” a poem for Sisters, Network Inc., A National African American breast cancer survivorship organization. She has two young adults and four grandchildren, whom she loves dearly, as she marvels at the things she says, providing excellent writing material. She enjoys creating picture books and has completed a manuscript for a children’s novel. So, stay tuned.
