Kim Kirkland, is a Maryland based author of three children’s stories, Mi Mi’s Mini Tea Party, Car Cars Go Zoom Zoom Zoom and Vitiligo Doesn’t Scare Me, along with several published poems, including, the highly recognize titled “Stop the Silence,” written for Sister’s Network Inc., a National Breast Cancer Awareness organization.
